Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Evelife, the women's health and motherhood app provided by LeadAnd Consulting, handles information in the mobile app and at www.evelife.info. Features vary by app version and by the information you choose to enter. Contact info@evelife.info with privacy questions.
Google sign-in: information we access
If you choose Sign in with Google, Evelife requests only the openid, email, and profile permissions. Google provides an account identifier, your email address, your name, and your profile picture when available. Evelife does not receive your Google password and these permissions do not give Evelife access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.
How we use and store Google account information
We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your Evelife account, display your profile, and reconnect you with your saved app data. Google Firebase Authentication processes your sign-in credentials and tokens. Your account identifier, email, display name, profile-picture URL, sign-in provider, and account/login timestamps are stored in Firebase services. Session and profile information may also be stored on your device so you remain signed in. Signing in with Google does not itself import health information from your Google account.
Information you provide in Evelife
Depending on the features you use, you may enter age and profile details; menstrual dates, symptoms and mood; pregnancy information; baby details, feeding and sleep records; reminders; and wellness information such as weight, meals and activity. We use these entries to provide tracking, predictions, reminders, history and personalized features. Photos and messages you choose to submit are used for the relevant feature or support request. The website contact form collects the contact details and message you enter and stores them in Firebase so we can respond.
Service providers and data sharing
Google/Firebase processes sign-in information and hosts app records and uploaded files. Expo and the Apple or Google push-notification services process device notification tokens and notification payloads to deliver notifications you enable. Where AI features are available and you use them, Google Gemini processes the messages, photos, questionnaire answers or app context supplied for that feature to generate a response. Facebook/Meta processes information when you use Facebook sign-in; on iOS, the app also uses tracking-permission choices to control Meta advertising identifiers and automatic app events. We may disclose information when required by law or to handle a legal request. Google sign-in information is used for the account functions described above; it is not permission to read other Google services.
Storage and protection
Evelife uses Firebase Authentication for account access and HTTPS connections to its cloud services. App records and uploaded files are stored using Firebase services; some settings, sessions and feature data are stored locally on your device. Cloud processing may take place outside your country. Device access, cloud access controls and provider safeguards all affect data protection; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and account deletion
Account and feature data are stored to support your use of Evelife. You can start account deletion in the app's Settings; you may need to sign in again to confirm your identity. The current deletion flow removes your Firebase sign-in account and primary profile and clears the saved local sign-in session. It retains a deletion record containing your email, account identifier, sign-in provider and deletion date to recognize previously deleted accounts. Related feature records or uploaded files may require a separate deletion request. To request removal of remaining information or ask about retention, contact info@evelife.info from your registered email. Removing Google's access alone does not delete your Evelife account or stored app records.
Your choices and policy changes
You can manage Google access from your Google Account connections, change notification and tracking permissions in your device settings, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@evelife.info. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will update the date on this page when the policy changes and notify users of changes to how Google user data is used.
